Growing up watching films like Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Drunken Master, House of Flying Daggers and The Last Samurai, I became fascinated by the cultures, food and traditions behind them.

That curiosity eventually turned into a passion for finding unique snacks and sharing them with others.
